If you’ve been following my blog for a while, then you know I have the most horrible sweet tooth. I spend hours making my six meals, making sure I got protein, my fibrous carbs and some whole grains.  And then after I eat my lunch, I go to Corner Cafe, and order a chai and a chocolate chip cookie.

I can’t help it. I had a very stressful week and I needed something. I feel maybe too confident about the hard-core workout I’m about to endure full of plyometrics and H.I.I.T. exercises. Boxing tonight with tiresome drills.

I think I’m ok to cheat today. My last body fat measurement was at 18%. I was proud, maybe complacent. Unfortunately tonight I’m going to have pay in a big way. TONIGHT will be the punishment!
