I can eat bread!

Paleo Bread™ -Almond (1 Carb).

I have images of eating bread with a glass of wine, eating bread with hot chocolate, eating bread before dinner taunting me in all its glory, toasty and brown. Growing up, my mom would make us our native bread, “Pan de sal”.  It would be full of carbs, so soft and hot.  Then she would make steaming home-made hot chocolate and I’d be watching the rim of chocolate stick to the pan. All dark and sugary and sweet.  Well, now I thought I can no longer eat bread because it goes straight to my hips…until… I found the love of my life… Paleo Bread! Thank you for saving me from my addiction to high carb bread.

People associate healthy to bad taste.  It doesn’t have to be that way!  You know what? Healthy is delicious.  And there’s something great about putting healthy food in your body.  Your body appreciates it!  When you feed it with health, you are not bloated, or sluggish.  Try it, you’ll like it!

The world is changing to accommodate the healthy.  That means because there is a market for people who want to eat healthy.  Do what the french do!  Look for whole fresh foods… don’t eat fat-free high sugar items, but natural, organic, made from scratch…..

Here’s some tips:

1. Eat whole foods

2. Eat organic

3. Eat hormone free

4.  Eat cage free

5.  Not farmed

6. Drink in moderation

7. Don’t drink soda

8. Don’t drink fruit juice, eat fruit instead

9. Eat local

10. Make your own food

I can keep going, but I’ve got a short attention span.  To eating well!

Peace and love always. Out.
