Sometimes I do a lot of ad libbing. Day 2 of my Big Breakfast Diet and it’s an all fasting day. It feels weird not eating anything.

I’ve been drinking my amino acids, drinking coffee, drinking tea all day. I took my EFA’s (Essential Fatty Acids, an important supplement to transport fat).

My workout today:

Circuit Training:
Y presses
Jumping Lunges
Side Planks
Crunches on a fitness ball

Repeat twice, 10 sec rest between each, then 30 sec between sets

Barbell rows
Deadlifts
Alternating forward lunges
Bulgarian split squat

Repeat twice, 10 sec rest between each, then 30 sec between sets

Continued to go to triple threat class (Spinning, Gravity and Plyometrics).

Looking forward to my big breakfast tomorrow. Cooked some brown rice with salmon and egg. I’m supposed to have 800 calories in my breakfast tomorrow and fast again for the rest of the day.

I succeeded tonight. Thank God this is only 28 days.
