Round and Round and Round you go… where you stop nobody knows!

Yes, I’ve been doing circuits again.

Here they are:

Push Press, Dumbell squat, Bent over Barbell row then repeat 3x 10sec between each, then 30 seconds .. continue to

Jumping jacks 100

Plank for 1 min

Second circuit:

Romanian Deadlift, negative only chin ups and lateral raises, repeat 3 x

Continue to pushups till exhaustion and burpies

3rd circuit

Twisting crunch on swiss ball, body squat 3x
