Burn Brightly – A Lesson on Intensity



“”The light that burns twice as bright burns half as long…

Blade runner is one of my all time favorite movies.  The replicants of the movie got it right.  They knew that with the limited amount of time they had, they must appreciate it more.
Why workout with half the intent.  Be purposeful in all that you do: your work, your workout, your relationships.  When you do it with intensity it creates meaning, purpose, significance.
Today’s workout:
Circuit 1: Dumbbell press 25, walking planks 60 seconds, reverse lunges 30, and step ups on planks 30. 3x
Circuit 2: Renegade rows 20, squat thrusts 25, chin-ups (as many as you can) 2x
Circuit 3: Lateral raises with dumbbells, bicycles on bosu
