Well, I’m sittin’ here in my sweatpants writing in the kitchen because finally I actually have time to write! Truth is, I’m home sick.. sick as a dog dang it!
Zinc, Athletic Greens, vitamins, you name it did not help me this time. So I downed more Athletic Greens to hopefully speed up my recovery and now I’m enjoying a cup of joe.
I got up probably five times last night, from not being able to breathe. I’m gonna spend the day concentrating on what I can do to recover. For me, that means, gettin’ some fun and Sun. Well, hell! This totally puts a damper on my training/health program. I probably won’t exercise for a day or two, but the diet will continue… Protein and fat meals … one more week.
Hey how’s your posture btw? Not standing up straight lately? I got the perfect exercise: Stick ups! You know when the cops say in the movies Stick’m up! Little did they know that they were fixing the convicted’s posture! Learned this from my coach John Romaniello! Thanks John for the insight. Check out this video:
It seems like a simple exercise til ya try it. I didn’t realize what in bad shape I was til I started doing this thing. I don’t want to be a hunched over Nanny Mcphee.

For you non-sickies, here’s some exercises you can do:
Circuit:
Jumping jacks
Mountain climbers
Squat Jumps
Planks 30 sec
Side planks 30 sec, each side
Pike Pushups, followed into
walk to pushup position and do regular pushups
Do circuit 5x

Good day! This is kind of off topic but I need some guidance from
an established blog. Is it hard to set up your own blog? I’m
not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast.
I’m thinking about setting up my own but I’m not sure where to start.
