International Delight Gourmet Coffee Creamer Pumpkin Spice
Yes, you heard me. Did I stutter? Ok I may be slightly over zealous and understandably so. As you know, it’s been officially now going on 4 weeks of no sugar. Not on purpose really but because the diet calls for it.
I know some of you are wondering what I’m doing.
Well as some of you may know…I’ve embarked on a new journey that involves others… PROFESSIONALS… namely John Romaniello’s online training/nutrition program.
Anyhow, please note that the above item is not specifically in the nutrition program.
For breakfast I’ve made flapjacks. These specifically:
I’m making for two… one for me and one for my boo so two cups of Kodiak stuff 2 cups of water and two scoops of Syntha-6 Vanilla Ice Cream Protein powder.
This makes some delicious pancakes…. YOU don’t even need syrup. Well, if you must use sugar-free syrup. SO ENJOY!! I will.
